If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let me know! If a specific date isn't set, artwork is to be delivered within a 14-20 day time period. Finished artworks will be sent via email or Discord messages to ensure the client receives a high quality copy.

After that, minor adjustment requests will be accepted based on whether they can realistically be done.Customers can request a refund on orders with no progress after 2 weeks. The customer should be updated on the progress of their piece within one week of filing a request.
